Ms Longevity Privacy Policy

Last updated: [Sept 2026]

1. Who we are

Mrs Longevity Ltd, trading as Ms Longevity, is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers our website, Skin Age Calculator, and marketing email communications. Clinic consultations are covered by a separate consent process provided directly to clients at the time of consultation.

2. Information we collect

For the Skin Age Calculator, we collect:

  • Contact details: first name, last name, email address
  • Chronological age
  • Skincare routine and treatment history: how you cleanse and exfoliate, use of serums or boosters, SPF habits, and frequency of at-home and professional skin treatments
  • Skin type and skin conditions: your self-described skin type, and any of the following you tell us you’ve experienced: eczema, rosacea, acne, hormonal breakouts, or melasma
  • Wellbeing symptoms: including concentration or energy changes, weight changes, hot flushes, or low mood
  • Movement and exercise habits: daily steps, cardio, resistance training, and mobility work
  • Medication use: how often you use over-the-counter medication, and how many prescription medications you currently take (examples given include HRT, thyroid, or blood-pressure medication we do not ask you to name specific medications)
  • Sleep and hydration patterns
  • Wellness treatments used: such as sauna, infrared sauna, or red-light therapy
  • Nutrition and lifestyle habits: eating patterns, dieting history, smoking/vaping and alcohol use, and supplement use
  • Your calculated Skin Health Age result
  • Your marketing email preference

Some of this information particularly anything relating to skin conditions, medication, and wellbeing symptoms is health information, which receives additional protection under data-protection law. We explain how we handle this in Section 3.

All of this information is provided directly by you. We do not collect it from any other source.

We also process information you provide in enquiries and general correspondence.

3. Skin Age Calculator: how we use your answers

Before you start the questionnaire, you are asked to give a specific, separate consent to our processing of your health-related answers. This consent is distinct from and appears alongside an optional consent to receive marketing emails, so that agreeing to one does not require agreeing to the other.

The health-data consent reads:

“I consent to Ms Longevity collecting and using my questionnaire answers including information about my health, skin conditions and medication to calculate and provide my Skin Health Age result. I can withdraw this consent at any time (see Privacy Policy).”

Your answers are weighted to generate an estimated Skin Health Age and personalised educational guidance on treatment spacing and skin-repair support. Results are for information only and are not medical advice or a diagnosis.

We rely on your consent as our lawful basis for this processing (Article 6(1)(a)), and your explicit consent as the basis for processing health information (Article 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@jenadamsuk.com see Section 13 for what withdrawal means for records we already hold.

Your quiz answers, contact details, and calculated Skin Health Age result are stored using involve.me, the platform used to provide this assessment. involve.me processes and stores this data within the EU, using infrastructure providers based in Germany. They can be accessed by Ms Longevity and by anyone involve.me authorises on a need-to-know basis to operate the platform.

We use your answers and result to generate and provide your personalised result, and to administer the assessment, including responding to enquiries about it.

4. Clinic consultations

Clinic consultations are covered by a separate consent and information notice provided directly to clients.

5. Marketing emails

If you choose to opt in to marketing emails, using the separate optional checkbox described in Section 3, we send your first name, last name, email address, and your calculated Skin Health Age result to GetResponse, our email marketing provider, along with a marketing tag reflecting your opt-in. This only happens if you tick the marketing opt-in checkbox if you do not, none of your information is sent to GetResponse for marketing purposes.

These emails cover skin health and home microneedling and may include educational content and information about relevant courses and services. Your Skin Health Age result may be used to help tailor which emails are most relevant to you.

We rely on your consent to send these marketing emails and to use your result in this way (Article 6(1)(a)). Choosing not to opt in does not prevent you from receiving your calculator result.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@jenadamsuk.com. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails; if you also want your information removed from GetResponse or want to withdraw your original health-data consent, please email us directly, as these are separate from clicking “unsubscribe.”

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

Our website and the Skin Age Calculator use cookies at two points:

  • On our website (longevitytherapist.com and the calculator landing page), a cookie consent banner provided by OneTrust on GetResponse’s behalf lets you accept all cookies, decline all cookies, or manage your preferences by category (necessary, functional, targeting, performance, and other cookies). Only necessary cookies are active by default; functional, targeting, performance, and other cookies are switched off until you actively choose to allow them. Depending on which tracking tools are active on this page, these may include analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, Microsoft advertising and analytics tools, and similar services. [Confirm in your GetResponse landing page settings exactly which of these are actively connected to this specific page, and list only those here.]
  • Within the Skin Age Calculator itself, hosted on involve.me, a separate notice tells you the form uses third-party cookies to analyse performance and understand where respondents come from, and lets you allow or deny these. involve.me describes this cookie data as anonymous.

These are two separate consent choices on two different pages, because the calculator is hosted on a different domain from our main website. Accepting or declining cookies on one does not automatically apply to the other.

Our pages may also contain embedded YouTube videos. Loading or interacting with this content may share technical information with YouTube.

7. Who receives your information

We use involve.me to provide the Skin Age Calculator, and GetResponse to manage marketing email communications where you’ve opted in. Authorised people who manage the quiz, enquiries, and related services may access information needed for their roles.

involve.me’s infrastructure providers include Amazon Web Services and Hetzner Online GmbH, both based in Germany.

8. International processing

involve.me processes and stores Skin Age Calculator data primarily within the EU. Where involve.me or its providers transfer information outside the UK or EU, involve.me states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and Transfer Impact Assessments as safeguards.

9. Keeping information secure

involve.me publishes that it holds SOC 2 Type I and Type II audits and states it is GDPR-compliant. Its published security measures include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and ongoing security monitoring.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights and withdrawing consent

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, and receive or transfer information in a portable format. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. You have the right to object to direct marketing.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@jenadamsuk.com. For marketing emails, you can also use the unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

For other privacy requests or questions, contact jen@jenadamsuk.com or write to Mrs Longevity Ltd, 141a Stocks Lane, Rugby, CV23 9JU.

12. Complaints

Please contact jen@jenadamsuk.com with concerns about how we use your information. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our information-handling practices change and show the revision date. Where appropriate, we will bring significant changes to your attention. Updating this notice does not by itself provide consent for a new use of your information.
